Dr. Rainer Eberlein holds a Ph.D. in chemistry and has many years of expertise in transformation processes. He started his career at Unilever, where he played a leading role in the transformation of the Mannheim plant.
He was a board member of Reemtsma Cigarettenfabriken for more than ten years and a top executive at the parent company Imperial Brands in the areas of manufacturing, supply chain and purchasing. During this time, he led and transformed Imperial Brands' global factory network of more than 50 factories and 15,000 employees.
